These terms apply when you use this website, book a trial or a class through it, or buy a membership or class pack on it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by F45 Training North Weston, an independently owned and operated studio located at Suite 1, 2575 Glades Cir, Weston, FL 33327. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to that business. You can reach us at (954) 271-3080 or northweston@f45training.com.

We are an independently owned and operated F45 Training franchise. Your agreement for anything you buy on this site is with this studio, not with the F45 Training brand owner or with any other F45 studio.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about the studio, to contact us, and to book and pay for classes, trials and memberships. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access parts of it that are not public, or use automated tools to extract its content.

The text, images, video and layout on this site belong to us or to the F45 Training brand owner and are protected by copyright and trademark law. F45® and the F45 Training logos are trademarks of their owner and are used here under license.

Accuracy of what you tell us

When you fill in a form you agree that the name, email address and phone number you give are yours and are accurate. We rely on them to confirm your booking and to reach you.

Prices, plans and payment

Prices, plans and promotional offers shown on this site are the ones in effect when the page is displayed and may change. If a price or offer is shown in error, we will contact you before charging you or will cancel and refund the order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Recurring memberships are charged on the interval stated at checkout until they are cancelled.

The specific terms of each membership, class pack or promotional offer — how long it lasts, what it includes, how it renews, how it is cancelled and whether it can be refunded — are the ones presented at checkout and in the membership agreement you sign with the studio. Those terms govern your plan. If you are unsure which terms apply to you, call or email us before you buy.

Training carries physical risk

F45 classes are high-intensity group workouts. Physical exercise involves the risk of injury. You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or have been inactive.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no result shown or described on it is a promise of the result you will get. Before your first class you will be asked to sign the studio’s waiver and health declaration on site; participation is subject to it.

Conduct in the studio

We may refuse entry to, or end the membership of, anyone who behaves unsafely, damages equipment, or harasses other members or staff. Where a membership is ended for that reason, any refund follows the membership agreement.

Links and third-party services

This site links to services we do not control, including Stripe for payment and our social media profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do there.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and its information current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Class schedules, formats and coach assignments can change; the schedule in the studio and in our booking system is the authoritative one.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy and messaging

Our Privacy Policy, SMS Policy and Cookie Policy are part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them or about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
