This page explains the text messages F45 Training North Weston sends, how you opt in to them, and how you stop them.

Who sends the messages

This website is operated by F45 Training North Weston, an independently owned and operated studio located at Suite 1, 2575 Glades Cir, Weston, FL 33327. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to that business. You can reach us at (954) 271-3080 or northweston@f45training.com.

Opting in is optional

On our forms there are two separate checkboxes. One confirms you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The other, which is optional, authorizes us to contact you with offers and studio news by email or text message.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy a trial, a class pack or a membership without it, and you can withdraw it later without losing anything you bought.

By giving us your mobile number and checking that box you confirm the number is yours and that you are authorized to receive messages on it. If you change or give up the number, tell us so we stop messaging it.

What we send

• Confirmations and reminders about a trial, class or appointment you booked.
• Replies to a question you sent us.
• If you opted in to marketing: offers, challenge launches and studio news.

Message frequency varies with what you signed up for and with what is happening at the studio. We do not send messages on behalf of other businesses, and we do not sell or rent your phone number.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop sending marketing messages to that number. You will receive one confirmation that the request was processed. Reply HELP to get our contact details. You can also write to northweston@f45training.com or call (954) 271-3080 and ask us to remove your number.

After you opt out we may still need to text you about something you specifically asked for, such as confirming a class you just booked or a payment issue on your account.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Delivery depends on your carrier, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Privacy

Your phone number and your messaging preference are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We share the number with the messaging provider that delivers the texts, and not with anyone else for their own marketing.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
