Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies this website uses and how to switch off the ones that are not needed to make it work.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by F45 Training North Weston, an independently owned and operated studio located at Suite 1, 2575 Glades Cir, Weston, FL 33327. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to that business. You can reach us at (954) 271-3080 or northweston@f45training.com.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize the browser on a later page or visit. Similar technologies — local storage and the tracking pixels our advertising tools use — do the same job, and this policy covers them too.
What this site uses them for
Strictly necessary
These make the site function and cannot be switched off from here. They keep your session while you move through checkout, and they let Stripe verify the payment and detect fraud. If you block them, you will not be able to complete a purchase.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and to see which pages, offers and links people actually use. It tells us how many people started a checkout and how many finished it. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
Advertising
We advertise on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Their cookies and pixels let us measure which ad brought someone to the site and whether they signed up, and let us show our ads to people who visited the site. This is the category that follows you across other sites, and it is the one most people want to control.
Third parties that set cookies here
- Google — analytics and advertising measurement.
- Meta — advertising measurement and audiences.
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
Each of them handles what it collects under its own privacy policy. What we do with the information that reaches us is described in our Privacy Policy.
How to control them
Every major browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones, from its privacy or settings menu. You can also opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads settings and in your Meta ad preferences, and most mobile devices have a system-level setting that limits ad tracking.
Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not stop you from reading this site, booking a class or buying a membership. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will break checkout.
Changes
If the tools we use change, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
