This website is operated by F45 Training North Weston, an independently owned and operated studio located at Suite 1, 2575 Glades Cir, Weston, FL 33327. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to that business. You can reach us at (954) 271-3080 or northweston@f45training.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a trial, ask about a membership or buy a plan through this site, the forms ask for your first name, last name, email address and phone number. If you complete a purchase, you also enter payment details.
We do not receive or store your card number. Payments on this site are processed by Stripe, and the card details are submitted directly to Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the name, email and the plan purchased.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, the links you click, and the site or ad that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and book your trial, class or membership.
- To take payment and keep a record of it.
- To send you the emails and, if you opted in, the text messages you asked for.
- To measure how the site and our ads perform, so we know which pages and campaigns work.
- To keep the site secure and to prevent fraudulent payments.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work, and only to the extent each one needs:
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) — website and advertising measurement.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement and audience building.
- The studio management and email or text messaging tools we use to contact you and manage your bookings.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members or the public.
F45 Training North Weston is an independently owned franchise. The F45 Training brand owner is a separate company with its own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Marketing and how to stop it
The checkbox that authorizes us to contact you with offers by email or text message is optional and separate from your purchase. You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or write to us at northweston@f45training.com. See our SMS Policy for how text messaging works.
Your choices about your information
You can ask us to confirm what information about you we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to northweston@f45training.com from the email address you used with us and tell us what you want us to do. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Some information we may need to keep even after a deletion request — for example, records of payments and of your membership agreement, which tax and accounting rules require us to retain. When that is the case, we will tell you.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google and Meta both offer their own ad settings. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not stop you from using this site or from buying a membership.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Memberships and trials are purchased by adults. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payment data goes directly to Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
