What do F45 memberships cost per month?
There are four monthly memberships. Three are unlimited and differ only in how long you commit; the fourth caps you at 8 classes a month. They are billed monthly.

Which plan is the best value?
It depends on how many times a week you will actually train:

Every class is 45 minutes and coached: coaches are on the floor for the whole session and adjust each station to your level. All the equipment the circuit uses is set up at the stations, so there is nothing to buy or bring besides shoes, water and a towel.
